The boots arrived well packed with no issues. I purchased the gray size 7 and they were a true fit. The boots are so comfortable and cute! I plan on purchasing the burgundy pair in a couple of weeks. These are so cute! I hope they have the size I need. I have to send them back because they are too little. They seem like they are durable, worth the money spent, comfortable, and padded. Second purchase of these boots with my first purchase being a brown pair. Decided to order the black too! Adorable, sexy while professional, and so comfortable. I usually by 7.5 W in heels but did not need wide in these though a little tighter with socks. I've worn them all day at work twice now as well as the brown pair that I first purchased.
