I purchased 2 of these for a Colorado vacation. Just before my trip I opened up the packaging and tried one on, the snap came off the removable portion of the face mask. I contacted the company even though the return period had just expired and explained what happened. The excellent customer service department promptly sent me a replacement at no cost. In a world where customer service is non-existent at most companies this company did the right thing and stood behind it's product. I will certainly buy from this company again.
