This makes a great addition for the ps5 to help clean up all the clutter and get the PS5 on the wall, only thing is be sure to point the exhaust side of the PS5 away from the tv. The PS5 puts out a lot of heat and caused an issue with my TV. Read more

I was shopping for a way to reclaim some of the space on top of my entertainment center. I was also looking for a way to keep my controllers safe from my puppy. So it made sense to get a wall mount for my PlayStation that would solve both problems. I looked at more mounts than I care to count. None of them had what I wanted until I found this one. The metal on this mount is thicker than almost every other mount I found. It's a full 1/16" thick. It's going to take a lot more than the weight of my machine and its accessories to bother it. In fact I tried to bend it before I installed it. I stood with all my weight on it and it didn't give at all. I'm not a small gal either. So I deemed it worthy to hold my electronic baby. The only thing I didn't like about this kit were the plastic expansion plugs for mounting to drywall. But I dislike those for anything and everything I mount. So I used my old school mounts to put the kit on the wall and checked it for a sturdy hold. The manufacturer thought of basically everything you would need and want to use. There's even cable management clips on the bottom of the mount. Those came in handy for running the power cord for the included charging station. So the mount is on the wall and I load my machine on it and use the long wing nut screw they included to firmly hold my machine. I wiggled and jiggled it and it didn't budge. Then I ran my wires and plugged everything in. I added my controller and powered everything up. I gotta say I was impressed with how everything looked. The charger station has LEDs installed that light up the edge of the acrylic. There are several colors of light and different modes to choose from. There's a button located on the side of the charging station to control the light features. My favorite mode is the microphone mode so that the light reacts to the sound from your TV. My mount is sitting right next to my subwoofer so the light display gets pretty dynamic. Since I leave my machine in rest mode the light is still powered so it makes a great night light for the living room. I'm way more than satisfied with this mount and I can't emphasize enough that it's an outstanding product. I'm very picky about my electronic baby and I'm content in knowing this mount will not fail in any way. Now my puppy can't munch my controllers. Friends who've seen the set up have ordered their own now. I'll be ordering another one to mount my PlayStation that is in the bedroom. Read more
