I got this because the zipper on my lunch bag keeps breaking. Read the reviews, decided to get it. One test I have for my lunch bag is, I’ll eat in my car, I’ll leave my lunch bag in the car for what I call the “smell test” will this smell up my car. I also use ice packs to keep my lunch cold b/c I don’t trust people at work. With this bag, it did not smell up my car when I left it in the car. Also, with my ice pack, it seemed to keep my food cold for anywhere from 8-10 hours. Only downside is the zipper part is attached to some metal part so it’s rigid and you can only fit stuff to the width the opening will allow. Opening doesn’t stretch, but it is wide! Read more

Unusable- came with a zipper that couldn’t be unzipped. There was nothing to pull to unzip the tote!!! Very stringy and cheap looking at zipper site. Looks like it wasn’t sewn properly. How was this missed???? Read more

Love the color, size, and cool keeping capabilities of this lunch box but unfortunately after only a week of use both metal zipper ends fell off. So the zipper must be used very carefully now to ensure the zipper pull doesn't fall off the ends when I open it. If (or maybe when) that happens, I won't be able to securely close the lunch bag and it will no longer be usable. So poor marks for construction and durability. Read more
