I LOVE these boots! The N.N.G Women's Faux Suede Knee High Boots in Stone Brown have a 3 Inch block heel that provides height and stability. The sole is cushioned and provides enough comfort that I am able to teach all day (on my feet 8-9 hours) without discomfort. The N.N.G. boots fit true to size and accommodate my slightly wider foot without pinching. Those with narrower feet may want to wear thicker boot socks. The stone brown color is a perfect neutral, going with many different outfits. They looked cute with jeans and dressy with a skirt. I like the boots' style, knee-high in the front and slanting to the calf; it adds a little personality. The NNG boots have a bit of elastic at the top to allow for movement and fit for wider calves. These are "fashion" boots, but have a textured bottom and heel that could add some grip on wet or slick surfaces. The faux suede does not provide warmth (nor do I expect it to), but it does keep out water. The $40 price tag is okay for what you get. Fit: The fit is true to size, my foot runs a bit wide and it was comfortable. If you have super narrow feet you might need thicker socks. Comfort: Actually I am super surprised the best thing about this is its super duper comfy to walk in. i can feel the cushion inside. Style: Not in-love with the top cut of the boot the slant back towards the calf, however it doesn't look bad at all once you actually put it on. Quality: The material isn't very thick, honestly. I feel like it will not be durable in any rough weather. best for crisp fall/winter weather with no rain/snow. Up super close the material looks a bit cheap too. These boots are stunning! The stone color is so classy and the faux suede looks rich and soft. The fit is comfortable and the block heel gives just the right amount of height without hurting my feet. I love how sleek the pointed toe looks too. They definitely give that stylish, dressed up vibe even with simple outfits. They zip up easily and the style works for both casual days and nights out. I wore them with jeans and also with a dress and got so many compliments! They feel well made and still look brand new after wearing them out several times. I really like that they come in three color options, and the 3-inch block heel is a big win for me. Tall, skinny heels and I are not friends, and they’re not great for foot health anyway. These feel much more stable and wearable while still looking polished. They ran true to size for me, which made ordering easy and stress-free. They’re easy to put on, the side zipper works smoothly, and they were comfortable for short walks and hanging out. I haven’t worn them in a situation where I was walking a ton, so I can’t speak to all-day comfort — but for casual outings, they didn’t bother me at all. The faux suede looks nice, though I do think it would be a bit of a pain if it got dirty, so these feel more like a “be mindful where you wear them” kind of boot. That said, they were fun to wear, and I received multiple compliments on my overall look — and while the boots weren’t singled out, they absolutely deserve some of that credit. These boots are beautiful, even better than they appear online. For the price, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality! The material is very soft and feels excellent for being faux suede. The inside is fully lined with a very soft material and they have memory foam, which makes them immediately comfortable with no breaking in time. The boots go almost to my knee and have zippers for closure. The zipper is a good quality and easily zips up and down. The heel is only 3” which makes it very easy and comfortable to walk in, and they’re absolutely true to size. I wear a 6.5 in shoes, but typically size up to a 7 in boots to make sure they’re not too tight, however, these boots actually are true size. They even fit very comfortably with boot socks on. NICE boots! They are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! As a teen, I wore lots of boots, and now, shopping for my granddaughter, I'm pretty cautious. My granddaughter is PICKY. These boots are VERY well made, and the fabric is like quality black suede. The thicker heels are PERFECT for a teen girl! She asked for black boots, and these boots are going to make her happy!
