I love this pill case! I used to have one of those small plastic ones with M-F, but I wanted something that had more room for the meds that I take as needed. I even carried around a makeup bag with smaller plastic baggies of everything. I was just tired of that. There were several designs, I got the one with cats. The front has a small pocket for your medical card I think. I don’t really use that. The back has a buttoned flap where you can snap it around your bag or purse. On the inside: there are 8 small containers that are numbered. I have about 5 pills in each and still have room for more. This container is also removable so it’s easier when you have to refill it. The other side has two pockets, I usually put my birth control sleeve and my migraine pain meds there. Then there is another middle mesh bag with a zipper for extra stuff. I wouldn’t stuff too much in that middle bag or the entire thing will be bulky, but I’m able to fit more pills there as well. I love this thing. I bought this case because I was tired of what felt like an entire pharmacy being carried around in my purse every time I left home; I have a chronic illness and need to keep prescriptions and supplements on me at all times. This pill case has space for a little bit of everything that I need (plus more) and has helped clear up a lot of space and weight in my purse. The fabric is tough and the seams are well stitched. The zipper is plastic however it seems sturdy. My only concern is that the elastic band holding the plastic divider in place is very stretchy and does not seem very strong and it may not hold well over time. And also the mesh pockets- the corners of single-dose medicines snag on the mesh and could wear down the mesh over time.
