I generally wear a small or x-small, and ordered these PJs in an small since that was the smallest they had. I love the soft material they are made of, but size small was too big for me to feel comfortable in them. Considering the cost of these PJs, I decided to return them and try to find something that wasn't quite so large. Although PJs don't need to be fitted, I think $50 is a bit much to spend for something that doesn't fit. If you find a size in these PJ's that fit you, they would be very soft and comfortable. Bamboo material is warm, but it breathes so it doesn't get too warm. It also washes very well. I know this because I have bamboo sheets that are ultra comfortable and wash well. I love these pajamas. I had previously ordered a pair of the capri sets but wanted another with long legs and sleeves for slightly cooler temperatures. They fit perfectly, are light weight, soft, and a lovely color. They breathe beautifully (no night sweats, please!) and are something I look forward to climbing into when the days work is done. They are honestly worth the price. I expect to order another pair in another color in the future. I love that they come in plus sizes. I cannot say how much time was spent scrolling thru the options on Amazon looking for bamboo (not a poly blend) in a plus size. I wear an 18-20 and fit perfectly in an XXL. And other colors have sizes up from there, so that isn't a size cap! They don't need special washing, just be gentle with them. I machine wash them on delicate and they stay soft. Read more
