Use: day hiking hydration Pros: Good water bottle with great capacity, seals well and is relatively light weight. Cons: this is not made from the same rigid plastic as the regular sized bottles, it is a softer, more waxy plastic and definitely has a smell. I don't mind it too much, kind of reminds me of the smell of those old wax mold-a-rama toys, but it will definitely bother you if you're sensitive. conclusion: great for increasing capacity on longer trips. If the smell bothers you, get the normal nalgene or a proper water bladder that can also store smaller when empty. Read more
