It’s lightweight, packs easily, and still gives a great wide-angle view. I love that it still works with the Breathing Motion Monitoring, and it remembers Wi-Fi networks, so setup is super quick. The only downside is that it doesn’t track sleep like the wall mount, but that’s not a big deal for us when we’re on the go. We love our Nanit monitor, but traveling with the stand was a bit tricky. So we invested in the flex monitor. Sooo glad we did. Not only is it great for travel, but it’s also a great alternative to having multiple monitors in your home. All of the features have the same great connectivity as when the camera is on the stand. We got one of these stands with our camera for our first baby and are still using it for her even though she is now a toddler. We had another baby so wanted another one of these stands and it works perfect as expected! The build quality is great and the base has a good weight to it so you can angle the camera multiple ways without it tipping over. It has a nice long power cord attached to it. If you have a Nanit camera and only have a floor or wall mount stand, I highly recommend this in addition to those stands for the added flexibility in placement or to use for traveling purposes. I did briefly look at some of the aftermarket stands since they are cheaper, but since this will be around my 6-month old baby and deals with electricity, I was not willing to risk my baby's safety with a cheap aftermarket version.
