budget friendly option over name brand cups. Works exact same, same quality
These are highly compatible with my Ninja Creami . My machine came with 2, and once I discovered that I could make ice cream "meals" with my Ninja, I decided I needed more pint cups. I initially bought the genuine Ninja name brand pint cups at more than 2x the price of these generics. But I didnt see enough generics with good reviews to make me want to risk it. However, after wanting even MORE pints ready to go, I decided to take a closer look at generic options. A Ninja group member had mentioned these, and so when I came in for a closer look I could tell that the cups would definitely work. SO I bought them. These are great. I love the light frosted bands on the cup. I think it adds visual appeal. Everything is otherwise the same and the lids fit interchangeably with the name brand. The weight and feel of the cups feel the same. Same material. Easy to use. I only handwash, so I cant comment on being dishwasher safe. I dont make regular ice cream, but it sure tastes and feels like it. I like to get my protein, fat, vitamins and minerals. I like using an egg or two (raw or tempered), some unsweetened almond milk, a little heavy cream, protein powder of some sort (just protein, or nose to tail, or a meal replacement like Keto Chow), and whatever else. Sometimes some guar gum to ensure a creamy spin. I make several for use over the next few days or so. I then spin on lite ice cream cycle. I never have to respin. Someties I have mix ins, but ususally I try to incorporate any additional flavors into the base mix. Read more
