I ordered this same sofa on Wayfair and they sent me the wrong color 3 times. So, I finally asked for a refund from Wayfair and decided to see if it was being sold on Amazon...it was! I received it within 4 days and it was the right color. Plus it is really nice and comfortable. The design in how it goes together is genius. I was able to do it by myself and it's sturdy. We found it to be a great fit for the small space in my husband’s office. It’s a little shallow, but still relatively comfortable. I like that I can store bedding in it and I find the pullout function easy to use. It was also pretty easy to assembly. Overall, nice quality for the cost. Read more

If you're looking for a high end sofa, this product is NOT for you. This sofa is HONEST. The manufacturer doesn't claim it to be a super premium product and, in fact it's not. It's a very decent inexpensive sofa. Quality is actually surprisingly good for the price. Foam is firm, the "air leather" is nothing more than a synthetic leather. Time will tell me if the foam is good quality. Packaging is heavy, but if you open the package, you will find two huge but not absurdly heavy parts and other smaller parts that are easy to carry Assembly is EXCELLENT. Super easy, screw in 12 legs (no tools needed, done in 1 minute) then connect the two bottom parts and then connect the two backs and put the pillows. Believe it or not, it was assembled in SIX MINUTES! What could be easier? I had an issue with the delivery and seller proactively contacted me and made things right. I'm happy with my order, I would buy it again and I would definitely recommend it. Update: Seller was very nice and proactive to solve the issue after I left a 1 star review for the company because the sofa was delivered at my neighbor's house, ignoring my delivery instructions. Anyway, the company offered me a compensation for the hassle I had, but didn't honor that. They offered me a $60 refund on my order, which seems fair because that's the same amount I paid my neighbor's to bring my sofa upstairs. For this reason, I'm updating my review to 1 star. When you promess something to a PAYING customer, you honor it. I am also a Vine reviewer, but this sofa was NOT ordered through Vine, it costed me money out of my pocket, full price, just like any regular purchase, I have delivery instructions very clear because of a medical condition. It's "a little bit impossible" for somebody on a wheelchair to bring a sofa upstairs, my address is upstairs, not in front of my neighbor's house downstairs. The seller delivered it to the wrong place and I had to pay third party people to complete the service they should've done right first time. Ok, mistakes can happen, so the seller contacted me (I didn't reach the seller, they reached me) and promised something, but they didn't honor. Be careful when buying from this company. Although the product seems to be, honestly, excellent for the price, the seller attitude was not. Update July 17th 2024 FIVE MONTHS after purchasing this sofa, the "air leather" (which is just a silly name they gave to the cheapest and thinner synthetic leather) is DISSOLVING and flaking everywhere. The foam is also so deformed that the internal structure can be seen at distance. Sitting on it is now extremely uncomfortable because it feels like sitting straight on lumber. Purchasing this sofa was a complete nightmare. Please ignore the beginning of this review, which I'm going to leave there so people can have a time-line of the issues happening. FIVE MONTHS! ONLY FIVE MONTHS this sofa survived in a home with two adults. I cannot say we spent more than 24 hours total sitting on this sofa during those five months. This was easy to assemble , tip-look for the small box with the legs first (in the box with chaise)to be put on prior to assembling. Edited to reflect the customer service**** Emailed customer service and that day talked to a few representatives via email and we found out that I did not receive both boxes. The item ships in two boxes. So I did not receive box 1 with all the instructions pieces and section of the couch. They reshipped the box that day and I received it within about a week. Customer service was very attentive. Once I got everything it seems decent. The back piece was cheap wood and the locking piece broke out of the box. I still put it together. It looks nice as is. I have the couch against the wall so the broken piece isn’t the worst and I just don’t want to go thru the hassle of another customer service claim. One bottom peg is stripped and so one leg of the couch doesn’t have the peg. This is not seeming to have a big impact as the location of it seems to be extra. Everything else functions and works and my toddler child is sitting in it now enjoying it. It says weigh limit if like 600-700 pounds and I’m not sure I would trust that based on the thin wood and broken pieces. Overall decent but not amazing quality, looks great! Thankfully I’m using it as a seating option in a bedroom not a primary seating option in a heavy traffic room. Item did not come as sold. It was missing an entire section. I have attempted to start a return but the policy says that it must be in original box and shipping must be covered by me. Original box was destroyed by the weather, it was delivered in a snow storm.
