I completely love Naot shoes, and this Naot boot meets my needs beautifully. I wore them several hours right out of the box and they've gotten more comfortable with each subsequent wear. The comfort level is fantastic and I plan to order in black soon. The width and length are true to size and they look beautiful too. The leather is rich and soft. Do not hesitate to buy.....you'll love them. Read more

These are my first Naot shoes, so I don't know what to expect as far as the fit. I don't have problems with my feet, but I needed good shoes to walk around London, Paris, Rome, and Brussels. I wear a size 7 (US), so I ordered size 38. I have high arches, and these feel fine. The width is just right, but the length or boot size seems like it's a half size to a full size larger --- maybe this is how Naot shoes are supposed to be just so the toes can move around. The heel and ankle areas have a lot of space that my heels don't stay in place. The leather around the ankle areas crinkle because of the extra space inside, but it hugs perfectly at the top. I might wear boot cuffs or leg warmers just to fill in the spaces around the ankle area. They do feel comfortable, and these come with the suede-coated latex and cork insoles. Update: I wore these boots for more than 8 hours per day for nine days all around London, Paris, Rome, and Brussels. The width felt just right on my somewhat narrow feet, but the fit became more comfortable the longer I wore them. I usually get painful leg cramps after hours of walking, which was the reason why I wanted orthotic shoes. I wore these for more than eight hours per day, and I did not get any leg cramps at all. There were times when my feet did hurt (probably because of lack of rest), but the pain went away after some rest. These provided very good traction. I usually trip for no reason at all, but these boots kept me from slipping or tripping --- even on the uneven, cobbled streets of Rome and Brussels. After nine days of using these boots for more than 8 hours per day, the leather had turned softer and beautifully darker on certain areas -- as if I've worn them for 10 years. Also, I walked in the rain on the way back to the Termini station area from the Coliseum (Rome), and the leather boots dried up normally. Overall, I highly recommend these boots! Read more

I like Naot shoes because they are a good fit for narrow feet. However, while the foot itself was a good fit for me, the calf and especially the ankle were too large. I would definitely try another Naot shoe with this footbed, but I have to return these boots. The Volcanic Red was a very cool looking color and it is a nice boot if you have a narrower foot but average or larger ankles and calves. Read more

They are beautifully made. I haven't wear them yet though, so I don't know how comfortable they are going to be when wearing them for a whole day or so. I expect I will have no problems based on how they feel. I recommend this boots if you want a pair of boots that look elegant and well made without the big uncomfortable heel. I could have use half a number bigger, I think, so I could wear thick socks. As it is right now they fit well but there is not enough room for thick winter socks. Read more

This is my 6th pair of Naot footwear. Sizing is usually accurate with this brand. Boots have my usual size on the bottom and it corresponds to the size printed on the footbed, but I can’t get my foot into them. Read more

I tried these boots on in a shoe store and found the 38 size tight in one foot. So, I ordered the 39 from Amazon due to the better pricing. I think there's room for heavier sock but I'm somewhat disappointed with the bigger shaft size - the 38 was a perfect calf size. I'll be keeping the boots but I'm not sure I'll order boots on line again. I do like the style of the boot. Read more

These are the safest feeling (non slip) and most comfortable bartending or preschool shoes ever! Even after a double shift my heels are only a little sore. No more crawling to my bed from the door at the end of a double shift thanks to the cork insole. These still look great after playing with children in pea gravel, mud, grass, and sand. But I don't know what kind of polish to use to give them back their slight loss of shine. My second favorite pair for bartending/serving, or preschool are the Dr. Martens Mirage Aimilita 9 eye boot with ribbon laces. Read more

These boots were beautiful. But when they were smaller than I expected, and it took 6 months to process my refund when they didn't fit. This was a lot of money. I will not use this seller again. Read more
