I purchased two of these for flights to and from Europe. They’re really well made and durable, I feel like they’ll last quite a while, but it’s not optimal with the size and awkwardness of the storage bag it comes with. As a carryon only traveler, it was too big to fit in my bag, so I used a carabiner and drawstring to hook it outside where it just flung around; not optimal on planes or trains or walking down the street. Additionally, I’m a pretty petite person, and it felt like it was maybe too bulky for me while using and not comfortable. My daughter had the same experience. Read more

As an EMT who’s stuck in an ambulance for hours I will say this neck pillow has the best support. I love how it has an adjustable clip so I can make it as snug as I want. The best way I can describe the design is if your head is an egg and the pillow is a holder, perfectly shaped. I have had the best sleep with this pillow without any pain. Used this pillow on a train 13 hour train ride. I bought it based on other customer reviews stating that is is very comfortable and offers good support. The memory foam is firm yet comfortable, flexible and the contoured shape offered good neck support. However, since my head tends to fall forward when I sleep it did not help much. I did use it in opposite position but that was not comfortable. I'm pleased that the pillow comes in a travel bag which makes it easier to travel around with. You can just roll it up after use, put it back it's bag and then safely tucked away in your carry-on bag. It also comes in a zippered removable cover which allows for washing which is plus. The drawstring can be adjusted to fit the size of your neck. I'm someone who has difficulty sleeping when travelling so everything has to be just about right.
