Loved the product, as far as its cooling ability, did not find it did much in the way of helping but it atleast did not increase overheating like many “cooling” fan systems for Xbox S/X. What I liked most was the controller charging capabilities in a clean looking base stand for the Xbox. However about 10 months in to owning it, its charging ability has just suddenly stopped functioning and the fan is beginning to make a bad sound. No longer can recommend. Just another Chinese made piece of junk. (Controllers in photo have been used for hours and as you can see no longer get charged, they just show as green or charged always now and do not charge at all.) Read more

The XBox was getting hot. Even though it had not given us a problem, we decided to be proactive and let it operate at a cooler temp. This has done its job and kept the XBox cooler than it was. That a win for us. Read more

I'm not sure how well it works to cool the machine yet, but I really like how it looks! I didn't realize it had charging ports for rechargeable battery packs, I'm almost considering buying some of those now, but even without them, they make a great place to store the controllers when not in use and it looks so much nicer than just sticking them on the shelf! I'm also glad that you can turn off the colorful lights. They are fun when you're younger, but I'm working toward grandkids now, and I prefer my ambiance to be a little less colorful these days, haha! Read more

My daughter got a new Xbox as a gift and we got this to complement her new system. She likes the RGB, but keeps it on rainbow since it has all the colors. The fan works well and helps keep her system cool. She is not using the controller chargers or the headphone stand, but it is nice that they are there if she later wants to use them. She was mostly excited about the RGB but the cooling fan is nice to help protect her Xbox from heat. The Xbox does look nice on the stand and she is happy with the setup. Read more
