I really like that there are such things as nasal strips! I have never used these before, and originally bought them for my husband who snores! Then I decided we could both use them as I may have something wrong with my inner nostril, that keeps me from breathing well. I thought I might have sleep apnea, but have not been able to find a testing site that is covered by my insurance, or that has testing in my area. So, while working on this, aI decided to try these strips, and see if this could keep me from waking up all night, and it did! The only cons to these strips are that they didn't stick real tight, and I am not sure if I pulled it off during the night, or it fell off. But, it was laying on the bed. I will try them again tonight and see how they work. If they can fix my waking up, and answer my question about sleep apnea, I will be a happy woman. Update: Yes, I am sleeping without waking up at night! I believe these,strips fixed my nostril problem, so I can breath well at night. And they stay on! Thanks! Read more

They definitely work . The adhesive is strong but it doesn’t irritate my skin really . There was a review that someone said it took some skin off and I can imagine that if you took it off too fast .. just don’t do that . I am afraid that the strip too short. Also, for the 3 nights I used this product, it came off each time in the night. I did not use a cream on my face, so that was not the cause, However, while it is on, it does do the job. Please make them at least 1/4 to 1/2 inch longer . Read more
