Unique design design helps them stay on over night but tend to pinch a bit.
These nose strips are a different general design than others I've tried. Both ends which go on either side of your nose (in the indented parts of your nose) are connected by two thin elastic strips which go across the bridge of the nose. The idea is that, after thoroughly wiping any skin oils off, you stretch the elastic strips apart so that the end pieces reach across to where they need to be. The stretching of the elastic bands creates the pulling-apart tension to open your nostrils a bit (instructions included, which is helpful). It works but I found that the stretched thinner bands across the bridge of your nose end up digging in a bit and actually leave subtle marks in the morning. But they do stay on if applied right (more so than some others) and if you can get used to the slight pinching feel across the bridge they probably will work better for others than for me. Read more

I’ve tried a few nasal strips before, but these are by far the most comfortable and effective. They stay on all night, help me breathe easier, and peel off with no pain or residue. Great product! Read more
Good for sick days
Used these when I had a bad cold and could barely breathe. They actually opened up my nose pretty well. Comfortable enough to sleep in. Also helped reduce the snoring apparently. Not a cure all but worth keeping around. Read more

The kinda work
These breath strips definitely help open your nasal passages, but they didn't help much with my snoring. Overall, still a better nights sleep with more air coming through, but my spouse said I still snored. Read more
