With the weather starting to change I recently found myself very congested. I noticed this seems to get worse when I go to bed. So I decided to give these Nasal Strips a try! The following is my honest review and all is based on my personal experience. Initial assessment: Product is very lightweight and arrived in a resealable bag. At first glance quality seems decent. Pros: 1) Nasal strips have good adhesive. Make sure you clean the area well before applying. 2) Super easy to apply strip to bridge of nose. Instructions are included to give you an idea where to apply the strip for maximum effectiveness. 3) I was pleasantly surprised strips worked to open my nasal passages and allow more air flow. 4) Resealable bag with a decent amount of strips. Cons: 1) While it states Nasal Strips for snoring. This did not actually work for me. However it’s a minor con, since I initially wanted to try them for my nasal congestion. To summarize, I feel this product works well enough. While it was not as effective for snoring or did seemed to help with my nasal congestion. For the amount of strips and quality, I would say you get great value for your Money. They felt comfortable and I had no issue getting some rest. I'm a bit of an expert on nasal strips. I have used dozens of brands and several different types and styles. As someone allergic to cats, but having three of them, I have had to use nasal strips every night for over a decade. Most brands I have tried do not come close to the name brand, however, this style has become my new favorite. They stick well, without ripping skin off my nose in the morning when I remove it. I have even misplaced them a time or two and re-stuck, and they have still stayed on all night long. Once removed, these leave no residue at all, unlike the name brand (among others). I have sensitive skin and these cause no itching or irritation as some brands do. One thing I think that makes these so effective, is the shape. There is a strong nasal strip of typical rectangular shape inside of this, but the outer layers flaring out on the ends help to really open the nasal passages. I have a narrow nose and while these cover my nose almost entirely, I think they would work very well for people with larger noses as well, due to that shape. I am unable to sleep with the weaker strips that don't open my nasal passages well, so these have definitely been a big win for me. Highly recommended! I have been using nasal strips for about 10 years and they are a game changer. They cut my migraines down by over 50%. I swear by them and can't sleep without them. In fact, one of my favorite parts of the day is putting them on, because I can breathe easily and deeply. One of the downsides of nasal strips is the ongoing cost, so I was really hoping that this might be a new option. Unfortunately, for me, this brand is not going to work. 1. In case you are interested, there are 30 nasal strips in a pack. The seller really should advertise that. With that said, unless this was a better experience than the name brand nasal strips, this unfortunately is not a great value. 2. The experience. I do like that these are soft and do not feel like plastic, and I also like the adhesive on it. It sticks. Outside of that, I am not crazy about them. They barely open my nose. The name brand do a much better job on really opening me up. Also, why jet black? I am not wearing these as a fashion statement. I much rather prefer clear or skin color. I can understand perhaps if you are of darker complexion, this might actually be a better color choice, but for me it is not. They rarely go on perfectly straight and this only highlights that. 3. Packaging. I prefer boxes to bags. These all sort of stick together and the bag takes a little more effort to find a lip and open rather than just storing and retrieving everything from an open box. I was honestly impressed by how well these nasal strips worked! They stick firmly all night without peeling off, even when I toss and turn. Lots of strips for not much money. While I found that you need to read the directions first so you can get the maximum benefit and stickiness of each strip (I learned the hard way). I have tried this nasal strips for the first time after hearing about them from a colleague. These tiny strips really widen the nasal passages and improve airflow which is helping when running or doing intense cardio. I only wear them during workouts and I feel I can breathe a lot easier when using running pro treadmills. The adhesion is strong and remains in place even when sweating during workouts. They are skin friendly not causing any rashes, redness, or itching. They are very small and easy to apply and remove. Read more
