Peel one off and it feels springy and firm, sticks down with a confident tug, not the gummy flop I feared. As soon as it’s on, you can feel the bridge of the nose open up, breathing becomes smoother, almost like instant fresh air. I tried one during a quick morning run sweat resistant claim is real, it stayed put even when I was dripping. They are matte black so in low light they basically disappear, which I oddly appreciate for travel; very light to pack. Adhesion is strong, sometimes a bit too strong for my sensitive skin, so I peel slowly and avoid the little tug. The widest strip can brush glasses if I don’t center it right, easy fix but worth a mention. The pack has lots of sizes so you can find the right fit without wasting strips. They don’t make me sound like a cartoon, just calmer breathing that actually makes mornings feel less like a workout. DO NOT PURCHASE. 1) The adhesive pads cover only a portion of the nasal strip. 2) They use a weak and cheap adhesive that also leaves a gummy residue. The result is these nasal strips rarely stay attached to my nose through the entire night. For context, I wash my face with soap and water every night before putting them on and my nose is average-shaped, which means that unless I received a bad batch (unlikely), if I am having these issues, many others are likely to experience similar results with this product. In contrast, I purchased some all-plastic nasal strips from a national chain pharmacy (their brand) and they are perfect. They have never fallen off once. In fact, the adhesive is strong enough that I can reuse them the next night with no issue. On top of that, no sticky residue. The catch is they are twice as expensive per strip as these nasals strips I got from Amazon. But I guess you get what you pay for when it comes to nasal strips. Read more
I bought these nasal strips for my daughter because her nose gets really stuffed at night and she has trouble sleeping. After a couple of nights we noticed a big difference. She breathes much easier and wakes up fewer times during the night. The strips stick well as long as the skin is clean and dry. In the morning they come off without hurting her skin, which was something I was worried about. The size works fine for her face, and the material feels soft and flexible, not hard or plastic. They don’t magically cure a cold, but they definitely help open up her nose so she can rest better. These don’t really do anything and they don’t stay on well. My son has trouble breathing at night so I bought these hoping they would help. He says they are uncomfortable (he’s 9 though so I can’t imagine any nose strip being comfortable) and they fall off very easily. I don’t think he has lasted even an hour before they are off his nose. I haven’t noticed a smell at all. But really there was no difference in him being able to breathe. The only reason I didn’t give it a one star is because there is a possibility these work for standard people just needing to breath better at night- there is a chance my son has bigger problems or obstructions that cause him to not be able to breathe that these obviously wouldn’t help Read more
These nasal strips are amazing! They're easy to apply and stay in place all night without peeling off. They've really helped my son's breathing, especially with his congestion and even his snoring. Best I've found so far, and I've tried many! Points I appreciate: - Does not hurt when removing or leave residue. - I especially appreciate that the sticky parts are only on each side of the nose and none on the bridge, which most other brands have and leads to increasing skin irritation with regular use. - Sticks very well, compared to other brands I've tried and which has already started to come off by morning time. As with any other brands, it's a good idea to clean sticking areas on each side of the nose with a bit of water and soap, to remove any body grease. - Very soft fabric-like outside surface, as opposed to the plastic used in other brands. - Very comfortable, so much so that sometimes I forget to take it off in the morning. - Priced affordably. UPDATE: NOT HAVING MUCH LUCK-ENDS UP STUCK IN MY HAIR UPON WAKENING Works SO good. I just started using it but it is definitely helping me to sleep longer intervals. I used to be up every 2 hours, am now able to sleep up to 4 hours straight. Hoping I can get to 6 hours! Definitely feel much better when waking for the day; not so groggy and less desire to go right back to bed. My only complaint is the other reviews state that it stays on through the night; i have had a couple experiences where that was not the case; was stuck in my hair, kinda annoying BUT i did notice if I clean and dry the nose area first, it adheres much better.
