Tastes good on some things but not all. It's not versatile enough for me. I don't regret the experience because I like trying new things and I like honey and this is pretty good stuff. But if you are looking for honey that matches all your needs then this may not be it. The taste is strong and changes something about the dish. Anything with dairy changed. My tea changed.
