Very good quality product however, look at the size of can when ordering. This is a very very small can. More like a can of tomato paste. Not the typical size like you normally get. I ended up having to order quite a bit more for my recipe. But that was my bad because I did not look at the size of the can. Read more
Not sure why people are surprised at the size of it. Says 5.4 fluid ounces right on the can. It is the same size as a tomato paste. It is totally worth it. This is not coconut milk. It's coconut cream. Very creamy and even the liquid that comes with it has a stickiness to it. I have tried many other coconut creamer like Trader Joe's and Thai brand. That was a little leery trying to brand that I had never heard of before but and pleasantly surprised. What I see the biggest complaint from everyone is that they didn't notice the size of the can. Very difficult to get coconut cream from Trader Joes. So I gave up. It's either out of stock or discontinued. So I don't even check anymore. I look for unsweetened always because anytime you putting this in a recipe you don't want it to have a pungent coconut flavor added to your recipe. Says unsweetened right on the can. This one is premium and I highly recommend it and it's worth the price because it's not crumbly like other coconut creamers. I originally bought it from Whole Foods through Amazon and now this too is out of stock after I only bought two of them. That's the most frustrating part of all of this is when you find a good one, it goes out of stock. Now that I tried it I'm going to look for it at my local grocer and possibly find it less expensive. I've never used coconut concentrate, but I'm allergic to dairy, so I got this and opened up the can and it was dry and flakey. Don't know if that's normal or not? It had a little water. It took forever for it to blend. I have to use it in place of condensed milk. So someone tell me if that's normal? Read more
Just whipped up a coconut cream pie smoothie in my vitamix with this! Needed something I can have on keto as a dessert after my one meal and still dairy free. It was literally one of the best things ever! Will probably be my daily treat! Read more
