I first purchased this from Costco, and I was super excited to see that Amazon has these. These melatonin tablets are great. I find them more effective than the 5mg gummies for some reason. They taste great and dissolve quickly. A little on the sweet side, but I usually drink water afterwards. I notice they kick in pretty fast as well (around 10-20 minutes for me to get drowsy)! Overall a great value product, considering the amount of tablets you get and how many you take a night.
