The box this chair mat arrived in looked a little battered and flimsy but the mat was in perfect condition, no chips, scratches or cracks. My work area is carpeted and it was difficult to roll my chair around so I ordered this mat particularly because it is glass; the plastic ones I have had in the past tended to get "dimples" and the wheels would sink into them. a bit worried about thickness (1/6") of this product but... this is replacing a plastic mat that is under an executive high backed chair on wheels where i sit way beyond the amt of time i should lol. a problem the wheels caused in the plastic mat that impeded the ease of chair movement is gone! #NoMoreDimples will update if needed Read more

My husband and I love this glass mat. Its attractive in his office. However, it slips constantly on his hardwood floor. The package description says that it came with 4 non-slip pads, but I never saw those in the package. Not sure if they were small and at the bottom and were tossed with the cardboard. I need to get four nonslip pads mailed to me, but not sure how to reach the company other than writing this review. Read more
