This product was a product that I was taking for sure a whole week. Maybe I didn’t take it long enough but I didn’t notice a huge difference but I already am ADHD so I am always energized. I bought it for my husband, he’s low energy and needs motivation he also said it is hard to tell if he could see the change. I purchased this based off of the previous reviews. And honestly feel like they were bc I personally had NO effects from the claims of the company and NO similar effects from others in the reviews. I took this for two days with three pills. I fell asleep at work the first day. The second day I totally could not function, I took the pills the second day at 7am and at 1pm is when I woke up, I Didn’t FEEL myself even falling asleep!!!! So to each his own, try if you want to try but for someone like me who has ADHD. This was not a good choice. No im not on prescription at all and am looking for an alternative. Update—since I can’t return I decided to try it as a sleep aid and it knocked me out cold for 9 hrs! I felt “hung over” after waking up.
