Changed my life
If you're on the fence about this buy it. I have used this for months now I had two Mencius tears. One knee I have operated on and it still gives me a lot of pain. More than the unrepaired one. I've since decided not to have the other operated on. I have used this for months while going to the gym and it has allowed me to strengthen the muscles around my knees substantially. I'm now able to leg press and squat. This has in turn allowed me to lightly run again. The days I don't take this I have noticed a return of inflammation and stiffness in the joint. It's now just part of my supplement pack each morning. Read more
Product Claims Unrealized
In spite of the claims of this product, unfortunately, it did nothing to help my knee joints. I was so hopeful based on the description and reviews from others, but it did nothing for me and was a sizable chunk of change to give it a trial. I will be unable to recommend it to others. Read more
