I've been using this mat many times for the past two weeks. Very satisfied so far. The ideal thickness, perfect grip/friction and very gentle surface texture all give my feet satisfying feelings while doing yoga. i especially like the design and the color, make me calm and help me track my hand/feet position with clear lines. The carry bag is a good add-on although I haven't used it much. Note that when I initially open the package there was a mild rubber-like smell. I had a branded one that lasted many years, and was looking for another natural rubber mat, this is a great replacement at a better price. It’s a bit heavier but feels thicker and sturdier. I love this mat, it’s excellent for all of my activities in the hot room: hot vinyasa yoga, mat & inferno hot Pilates, barre and HIIT. So far it’s been great after a couple weeks of use, I’m buying another one as a back up. Nice grip, no sliding, easy to clean.
