True to size with a little room . I’m 4’9” 170 and got a size large/Petite . I’m curvy with thighs and a big butt. . The shirt is roomy at top but at the waist , the hem doesn’t pull down too much , due too my hips and short torso, but still sits great. The pants have stretch to them and they move with you. They are extremely comfortable. A tad bit tight in the butt and inner thigh area, but that could just be me since I’m thicker . The material is pretty good as well doesn’t feel too thin . Update: I returned them for larges, which were way too loose. Just way too loose. So I returned THOSE and decided to try the mediums again. I really do like the material so to me it was worth trying again. Here's the thing: yesterday I wore a black set to work, and they actually for pretty comfortably. I thought maybe I was wrong about them being too tight originally. But then I put on a purple pair this morning and it's WAY too tight. Like, feels like I accidentally put on size small, even though they're labeled Medium. So now I think the sizing is just inconsistent in general. I'm not sure what to do about this. Original review: I really liked the scrubs as far as material and color but the sizing is off. I'm 5'3, 148 pounds, and I ordered Medium Petite because that's what I am in other scrub brands. The top fit PERFECTLY and the length was great but the butt/thigh area was really too tight. I returned for a size up and will try to update my review when I get them.
