I 100% know these gummies work for me, and I’ll explain how I know that. First off, I had another magnesium gummy by Garden of Life that I took 3-4 a day of. They literally did nothing for me. These work fairly well to calm my restless legs. It's nice to have the gummies sometimes...but the kind that you mix in juice usually works faster to calm restless legs. But now, have recently found that magnesium glycinate helps restless legs better and these are magnesium citrate. Read more
