The first time I tried on these booties, I felt that they were too loose and tended to allow my heel to slip up when I took a step. I then tried them with a lightweight sock and now they are perfect. They are very comfortable and have a good foot pad and arch. Non-slip sole and throat just high enough to cover my ankle without rubbing on it. Side zipper makes it easy to slip your foot in. Even though the bootie upper is not leather, it looks like it is. Waterproof and easy to clean. Heel is perfect height for me and wide enough to stand and walk securely. I just got these. They are pretty comfy. I have bought 9.5 W in the brown color. They are a touch redder than they appear online. They are very comfortable. They are a little snug when wearing thin ankle socks. I assume they will break in over time. The soles of these are a bit thin. If you are used to wearing platform Naturalizers, lug soles or just any thicker sole, these will be a little strange to wear at first. But if you are looking for some nice fall booties to wear with anything and everything, this will be a great addition! Edit: after wearing them out, I’ve discovered there is a drawback to choosing my actual shoe size. I have chubby feet. The shoes are the right width, but they feel too tight at the top for me. Wearing socks? Forget it. For me they’ll have to be really thin or just none. Getting a size up usually means the arch is in the wrong place for me. I will try to stretch them a little bit. Maybe with time they’ll stretch out if I wear them around the house. Read more

Zero stars! CHEAP PLEATHER! Over decades the I’ve owned multiple pairs of black and brown Naturalizer booties made of real leather and they’ve lasted for many years! They are (were) my go to booties. I still own a couple, they’re just very old now. I bought these because I’m a loyal customer and when I find quality I stick with it. For decades Naturalizers have always fit perfectly and performed/looked great and were incredibly comfortable. I could walk for hours in them. But these booties (I bought black and brown) are horrible! They don’t stretch like leather. They don’t look like leather. The black ones came with a cheap rubberized sole that looks gross after only wearing them for a short time. I’ve had them for several months and I hate them. They scuff like pleather. They have an unnatural sheen. No stars for these! I’ll never purchase from Naturalized again. I’m so disappointed. They, like so many other retailers over the years, have sacrificed quality and their brand for cheaper materials and profit margins. I’ll now pay a lot more to get the quality I expect. Read more
