Only 4 stars for the fact they ae almost an inch long and very difficult to swallow. However, I honestly think these helped heal the very painful sciatica I had, along with prednisone. The very day I started taking these, the intensity of pain lessened in my hip. I’m not sure if that’s a benefit of these pills, but I’m giving them the credit for it. HOWEVER they are ENORMOUS. and I do have a lot of difficulty swallowing them. I wish they were in gel cap form — I wish the manufacturer would heed that request. Read more
