I’ve been taking Nature Made Magnesium Oxide for a few weeks. It’s a cheap and easy way to get magnesium, which helps with muscle cramps and tiredness. The tablets are easy to swallow, but this type of magnesium can sometimes cause stomach upset or diarrhea. If you have a sensitive stomach, be careful or start with a small dose. No more nightly leg cramps!
I could actually go up on the dosage of this bottle because I take two every evening but other people in my house also take the same vitamin. I did some reading to see what I might be able to take to help with the leg cramps I get in the evening and taking these on a regular basis with my nighttime medicine has greatly relieved the amount of leg and foot cramps I get while laying in bed.
