I've been using this collagen powder for several months now and I've seen a marked improvement in my nails for sure as well as noticeable difference in my skin and hair as far as as regrowth around my temples. I think the price is great - under $20 for 30 packets and it's so convenient to take with me if I need to. There is a slight berry taste, but I use it along with my orange-flavored fiber powder so I think it tastes great. One thing to know-if you're not putting it in hot liquid, don't use super-cold water as it tends to clump. I put the packet and my scoop of fiber power in a glass and use cold tap water, stirring as I fill the glass. The orange/berry taste is great.
