Bone Density Natural Product!!!!
My friend used this to reverse osteoporosis to normal bone density and it took 3 years. I have used it for 2 years and have reversed my near osteoporosis to osteopenia. This product didn't work for another friend. Read more
Calcium supplements
While I'd love to give this product a 5 star rating, my DEXA scan wasn't so stellar. I'd been taking it for a couple of years but alas my body wasn't responding the way the reviews said it should.. I'm not faulting the suppliment but just beware it may not turn out the way you want. I've had to go back on alendronate sulfate weekly but I'm still going to take it because I believe it can work. I walk 4 days a week but need to incorporate other exercise. My bad! Read more

Hoping it helps osteoporosis
I haven’t taken this long enough to determine if it’s helping my osteoporosis. I thought maybe this product was a solution for me to get enough calcium without taking regular calcium supplements which irritate my arthritis. I’m also lactose intolerant so that was an issue too. They’re a little on the pricy side but if they keep my osteoporosis from getting worse, it’s worth it. Read more

There’s no way of knowing of these will make a difference. My doctor wanted me to take some type of supplement for the onset of osteoporosis. These have good ingredients and are probably as good as any other ones, maybe better. No way of knowing really but hopefully they will help Read more

I have noticed in 30 days improvements. These vita regimes do take 30-90 days to notice differences and you have to take them daily as recommended too. I am going to keep on taking these as I also have early ostio which is why my research let me to this actual product on reviews. To help you reading this, I am 55, female. I am now on my day 60 or so of taking them. Long term results will be hopefully in my next bone scan but daily results are improving in hair/nail/skin/daily function regime. I did need to contact the company due to 1 tablespoon about of capsule contents at the bottom of my 1st bottle and they sent me a bottle out for that issue with in 3 weeks.(Kind of long to resolve). The rep was communicative and assisted. No problems with the vita's but some excess contents issue they are/were having. Read more
