Great Supplement, Just a Bit Hard to Swallow
I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my energy and joint comfort. It’s a great formula with the right combination of minerals for bone and immune support. The only downside is that the tablets are a little large, so if you struggle with swallowing pills, keep that in mind. Still, it’s a great product and the price is excellent for the quality! My honest opinion
The media could not be loaded. Best thing I’ve bought in months I’ve been taking these for like 3 weeks now and I don’t get those awful nighttime cramps anymore that used to wake me up. I’m also not as tired as I used to be. I bought them because a friend told me she was taking magnesium and it changed her life, and I saw this one had calcium and zinc too. For $5.69 it’s basically a steal, literally less than what I spend on coffee. Honestly I’m not really into taking vitamins or anything, but I actually feel a difference with this. My mom saw the bottle and ordered one for herself too lol. If you’ve been dealing with weird tiredness or getting cramps, just buy it. Seriously, we waste money on other stuff and this is actually worth it. It’s 100 tablets, lasts you a while. Definitely recommend 👍 Read more
