When purchasing vitamins from the store Natures Bounty is one brand I tend to repurchase. I have used many of their generic supplements before to see that they have a superfoods/energy supplement I was excited to try it. Not much of any flavor to these since they are the gelatin capsules and personality I have no problem swallowing them. These are on the smaller side after all. I did notice something similar to a caffeine boost when I took these everyday which is better than sugary energy drinks. Read more

I took these for 30 days, then went off them for 30 days and honestly didn't notice any discernible difference. If I'm paying around $17 a month to take a supplement, I definitely want to see some differences to know they are doing something. The ingredients seem to be packed with a wide range of fruit and vegetables in a blend, but how effective are these vegetables and fruits in powdered form and in the micro dose of the pill once a day? I do not personally see this having any real health benefits when you could (in a much healthier way) try to up your fruit and veggie servings instead, eating real food. Aside from that, they are easy to swallow, but I did not personally notice a difference in sleep quality or energy levels. At a high monthly cost, the value isn't there for me. Read more
