I don't think anyone being honest is capable of telling the difference between when they are on an immune-system booster versus when they are not. What I can say with confidence: - This capsule does not have a noticeable smell - The capsule is in a soft shell so it slides down easily - When the capsule mixes with liquid in my mouth, there is no strong flavor (some supplements taste terrible the moment they hit your tongue) I did some research on soluble carrot fiber, which is the main ingredient in this supplement. The studies that exist show that taking the carrot fiber provided benefits to the immune response versus common cold, as well as positive gut microbiome effects. It does appear that these studies are backed by the companies selling the supplements so... take that with a grain of salt. There's a BUNCH of tiny amounts of fruit and vegetables in this blend - I highly doubt they have any real effect considering how small their quantity is. Ultimately, it's tough to give a star rating for a supplement since there's no solid "proof" of whether or not it's working. First impressions: This is a small easily packable bottle and the pills are also compact enough to fit into any pill sorter. The bottle is not hard to open and the pills shale out easily Performance/Use: I take these not on a daily basis, but when I know I am not going to get fruits and veggies for the day. The nutritional contents helps me feel like I am improving my nutrition for the day. They were easy to swallow without any taste or strong smell. Pros: These are easy to take and easy to travel with as well. They provide a nice boost of nutrition on days where my diet will not allow it.
