Natures Bounty Vitamin C 500 mg is a good quality vitamin C. I do not notice any particular odor with this. The pill is round, about the size of a dime in diameter. I find it easy to swallow, but some people who have difficulty swallowing pills in general may not. Vitamin C is known to be a good immune booster. It is water soluble, which means it will be excreted through your urine. This means you may want to take it two to three times a day, depending on how you feel. If you feel like you are coming down with a cold, it would be best to take it more often. Read more
