I started taking these mainly for skin benefits and for nail health, since my nails were brittle after using a green nail polish (never again) and too much acetone, but I didn’t expect much. I chose these because they had collagen and the flavor sounded good. After maybe 6-7 months, my nails were back to normal. Since it took a decent amount of time I attributed this to the natural healing process and stopped taking these gummies, but my nails became brittle again a few months later despite religious use of cuticle oil and avoiding nail polish. I realized that it wasn’t the natural healing process that strengthened my nails—it was the gummies! I resumed taking them and haven’t had any more problems with brittleness. So I’ve been taking the gummies for a total of maybe 2+ years now. I haven’t noticed a difference in skin health, and due to having trichotillomania I can’t really comment on hair. I considered docking a star for the lack of noticeable skin benefits, but my nails have benefited so much that I couldn’t bring myself to do it. As for taste, they’ve got a great orange-y, citrus-y flavor and a nice, soft texture that doesn’t harden much over time. My nails seem to be getting better and I’m getting new hairs coming up here and there. The gummies are all sticking together in all 4 bottles I got. I had to peel them part and put a little flour in them to keep them from sticking together. I keep them where it’s cool away from heat. That has been the down fall about them.
