I'm giving these a 5 star only because they did work, but as with MANY other reviews! they are VERY DIFFICULT to swallow! they hurt and scratch your throat! painful and uncomfortable. I've tried this brand for a while now, just really tired of risking pain just to gain immume support! Switched to another brand! I don’t regret buying this at all, i’m actually noticing LESS BREAKOUTS with this stuff, especially when i’m on my period. I get hormonal acne, i basically will not have acne really until my period comes along and a week or a week after it is happening i will still be dealing with an ugly blemish! I recommend this stuff if you seriously have too much oil production on your face during ur period *which is basically what happens* and you hate the breakouts that come along with it cause not only are they visible but they’re straight up painful!!!
