Moisturizing
I already use a propolis product when I get a sore throat. So this seemed natural to try. I have monstrous allergies . They impact my eyes the most, but once my eyes get going, the whole things falls apart and I’m pretty wrecked. It’s hard to tell how much it helps, because my allergies don’t originate in my sinuses. It have a faint, vaguely honeycomb smell, the squeeze trigger is easy to use. It does make my sinuses feel moisturized and I imagine it could even help a swole. Soft palate. I’d rather use this than the commercial products with active drug ingredients. Read more

Seems to work as stated.
I have not tried this on my self yet. My 8 year old granddaughter was over and had nasal congestion. We offered her parents this product. I showed the girl how to use the product and she thought it helped. Read more
Not a steroid

Great for sinus irritation relief and moisturizing, sporadic decongestant effectiveness
This bee propolis nasal spray, by Nature’s Stance, does a good job of moisturizing my sinuses and relieving mild irritation. It has no smell, but does have a bit of a sweet taste, once it drains into my throat. Not at all unpleasant, just noticeable. I like the addition of bee propolis, for the antimicrobial benefits. I use it at night and in the morning and occasionally in the afternoon; as far as congestion relief is concerned, the effects are sporadic. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. It may depend on the allergen load in the air, or other factors, but it’s not a surefire relief for congestion. Overall, it’s good for dry sinuses and irritation, but not stellar for sinus congestion. Read more
