I just finished my first month and I already notice my skin looking more smooth and my tiny baby hairs growing from my scalp. I started this liquid because my hair was thinning severely and I have also noticed less of it falling out. The taste is not bad at all, a bit sour, another reviewer said sweet tarts and I agree with this. It’s not as bad as some others have proclaimed. Have tried it multiple times and it’s a disaster. The taste I reminds me of cough syrup. Tastes ok enough to get it down but not to reaching for more. I put it in the fridge after opening, but haven’t been taking it daily since I forget it’s in there.
