I love this product I feel like a new person by taking this every day! I can walk with no pain. I don't limp. I was told I would have to have two knee replacements in the future and that why not try this product. My sister told me about this in November and I thought it won't help. Well, I was in so much pain and nothing the doctor gave me was helping me. So, I thought why not try this product. It works great. I bought this product first then realized I should get the one with MSM. So, I purchased that product as well! My husband is feeling better with his torn rotator cuff and I feel wonderful . If I could have a lifetime supply of this, I would sign away my soul. I know everyone says “If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!!!” But like... actually. I’m 23, I suffer from a genetic disorder known as Ehler-Danlos Syndrome. I was an extreme athlete before getting diagnosed, and now that I’m aware of the affliction and know that the pain I suffer every day is NOT normal, I have been on an insane vitamin regimen. Glucosamine, Biotin, Collagen, everything under the sun to keep my joints and connective tissue happier. I was researching methods for dry skin/mouth/mucous membrane relief, and stumbled upon this bottle of total delight. It’s marketed for everything, and there’s a reason for that. Hydraplenish does it alllll. After a few days on the “four a day”, and then slowing my roll to two a day, my joints, skin, nails, hair, back, and- strangely enough- bedroom “lubrication” are functioning above and beyond normal. Things I didn’t even have a problem with are completely improved by regular integration of Hydraplenish with my other vitamins. Pretty sure the capsules are also gluten free, so if normal capsules upset your stomach, you’re safe with these! These are easy to swallow. They seem to be working. Fewer aches and pains. And the collagen ingredient seems to be helping my skin. They do not disclose the dosing, ingredients, and milligram content of the hyaluronic acid on their description which is why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. If I had known it was not pure hyaluronic acid, and that two capsules need to be taken (making it more expensive than other options), I doubt I would have ordered it. However, it's a good product. This is my second or third bottle of this now and I see no changes in my skin or anything however I do take very good care of my skin so I don’t know how much better it could be not to be weird. I also drink tons of water, so I don’t see any difference in the shape of my face or anything like that. Although I’m not seeing or filling any differences, I will keep taking this because I know it’s supposed to be good for your heart. If anything, I just wanna take care of my body. Read more
I noticed a HUGE difference in my skin hydration and bounciness when I'm taking this. I only take two a day and it absolutely makes a difference. I don't know if I noticed a difference in my joints (not gonna lie, if it helped with both I'd be over the moon), but if you're more interested in skin benefits this works. I noticed that this also subtly fills out my lips a little and I get less chapped lips. To be clear, it's not like lip fillers, but when I press my lips together they feel more plush. Read more
