I have had sinus problems for years. Doctors couldn't help me and no medicine helped me. Even though it is a bit expensive, I thought I would try the Navage. I had a little trouble with it at first, but I found the problem and got the device working. I didn't have the top tank snapped in right. All I can say is, "WOW !" What a wonderful device! After using it, my sinus is clear. I breath great ! I could not believe the stuff that was in the waste tank. There was a TON of stuff in it that this device washed out of my sinus. GOD bless the people that invented this device ! I highly recommend the Navage and I would buy it again. If you have bad sinus problems, give this device a try. It is easy to use and there is no pain. It just feels a little weird when the salt water goes thru your nose. You get used to it in a few seconds though. I'm GLAD I bought this ! You get all that you need in this package. All you have to get is DISTILLED WATER. Read more

I checked to see if there were batteries in it before I tried it out. It did have batteries. I put distilled water in the top tank and put the saline pod in, then forced the top lid closed. I put it in my nose and pushed the button on the side. It made no sound. I waited and waited. I felt a little bit in my throat and a couple of drips made it to the lower tank. I finally have up on that attempt. I thought, maybe the batteries are old. So I opened the battery compartment again and used a voltmeter to check the voltage. Each one was 1.6V which is what I would expect of new AA batteries. I put them back in and thought, maybe the saline pod is bad, so I tried again. The picture I included is the after 2nd attempt. You can see all the water in the top and none in the bottom. Maybe I just got a defective unit. Read more

I wrote a prior review about how it is helping with my husband’s congestion. He is very happy with it. Make sure you have AA batteries on hand. The batteries that came with the Navage lasted less than 48 hours. Small price to pay if works. You also will need small Philips screwdriver to access batteries. Read more
