Zero complaints except that my son loves them so much he took them from me that's not a product problem. They stay on your head even if you move a lot. The sound is great and they are very comfortable to wear to sleep. They also charge fair quickly and the battery does last a few days on one charge. They are breathable as well. No digging into your head which is great because I am a side sleeper. I love the push buttons so you don't accidentally turn off or change volume. Read more
I had tried ear buds for listening to meditation at night as I fell asleep. I didn't want to disturb my husband. But the earbuds hurt and I would wake up soon after (defeating the purpose). This headband was the perfect solution. The small 'pucks' can be slide around in the headband to get it in the right spot so that they don't hurt your ear if you are a side sleeper. Most mornings, I wake up and the headband is still in place, although I move A LOT in my sleep. The sound quality is okay enough for my purposes. Some might not find it high quality, but I don't have any problems with it. The battery life is great on these, I only use them at night, and they switch off at some point. I only have to charge them about once a week. Read more
I like to relax a bit before sleeping with some meditation podcasts. I was looking for something I could wear and not worry about falling asleep with still in place. I was fearful that these would be so uncomfortable, as other in – ear small bud-type headphones have been. I have been able to lie on my side comfortably, even with the speaker directly over my ear without discomfort. The connectivity thus far has been reliable, and I can usually wear these up to four nights before I have to recharge them. The wire to recharge them tucks easily into the headband, and it’s very simple to connect and disconnect. The control buttons are placed on the forehead position, so it’s a bit awkward to get used to learning which buttons to push by feel. So far, very happy with the purchase overall.. Read more
I've had two other brands of headband ear phones and Navly is by far the best. The band fits the speakers closer to your ear giving you better sound quality. Other brands I've had are too loose. One brand had a thin strap to tighten the headband but it moved around too much to be comfortable. One brand, marketed as Amazon Choice, didn't last a year. The second one was loose and had the thin strap and speakers did not fit snug enough to ears. The charging cord for Navly is very convenient to use. The wires are covered and do not need to be bent when taking the usb port out or putting it back. Both of the other brands needed to twist and turn the wire and one of them finally gave out. Navly is far superior and faster charging than the other two brands I've had. So, if you're looking for a nice lightweight superior headband with the speakers...definitely go for Navly. Read more
I'm going to be blunt so buckle up but hear me out. I have had the name brand of this item for 2 years and worn it nightly. I finally needed to replace it so I opted for a less spendy version figuring how different could they really be? I found out! This band is a full 2" smaller around, making it seriously tight on my head, thin cheap kind of oddly slippery material - not the quality thicker knit that is comfy and stays put, a USB-C connector literally hanging out the back of the band LOVELY hard plastic thing pressing into the back of my head! *A note here would be...while the placement is BAD...I do think it's an improvement to have a type C port for charging AND one NOT directly into the control unit....way less wear and tear there* Lastly, despite the pictures...the main control unit does NOT come out as advertised...it's sewn in on all sides so you can not remove and wash the band...ever. It will be going back but the moral of this story is in the title....you get what you pay for! Want a disposable band to throw away after a trip and have a small head...this is your band. Otherwise....spend the money...get the real thing! UPDATE: After giving this thing a try for one week...the band has to be unpaired from my phone daily or it will not connect. Once I've then RE-paired it to my phone it flings the volume all the way to the top. I could list 3 more things but I'll leave it with....buy a better one! Read more
It works fine so far, but its very tight on my head, i assumed since it was elastic it would be okay because i know i have kind of a big head but it just barely fits. maybe it will stretch out with time but yeah, a little bit uncomfortable at this time. i wish they had sizing or something for these things. side sleeping wise, its supposed to be comfortable for side sleepers and maybe it it for a lot of people, but the way it sits on my head, it does in fact push into the cartiledge on my ear and does cause a bit of discomfort. so i can't give this as high stars as i'd like. as while it does work it's too tight on my head and does push on my ears when im on my side. the sound itself is fine. i don't think it really blocks out that much outside noise though but again probably how it sits on my head due to being too small for me.
