I was a little nervous because when you order you can't see a true sample of what you're going to get but it turned out awesome. I wasn't sure how 12 names were going to fit but they're all in a row and look great. There are additional fees depending on how many names, what style shirt/sweatshirt, shipping, etc. It adds up and is a little expensive but I think the result is worth it. The application of what they print is very transparent, it doesn't have a plastic feel, it looks like it's part of the shirt. The sweatshirt is a very nice material (Gilden 50/50) and the sizing seems good. My mom is going to love it. I'm very happy with it. Note: When you fill in the nickname or name of the person you are getting it for, the software adds the 's For example I typed "Mamaw" and the resulting header is "Mamaw's Garden".
