This is perfect for a small "empty" space in my living room. After reading all the reviews, I carefully removed it from the box and put it together. It was very well packaged and so easy to put together. From unboxing to finish it took me about 15 minutes. I was sure to be very slow and careful when unfurling and shaping each leaf so I had no issues at all with breakage. This plant is very believable - does not look fake at all.
