I do a lot of lifting at my job which has led to some shoulder & neck issues. This helped immensely with the neck issues and that in turn led to the shoulder issues being settled also. Great system for strengthening the neck. Read more
I’ve been using this neck harness for a week now, and I’m really impressed. The straps are strong, the stitching feels solid, and the included attachments make it ready to use right out of the box—just add your weights. It fits comfortably, stays in place during exercises, and gives a great neck workout. Highly recommended for anyone looking to strengthen their neck safely and effectively. Read more

Very good quality, it fits well and is comfortable. The chain it comes with is sturdy painted metal with good quality carabiners. The elastic band is also good quality and it all seems like it will last a long time. Read more
I have done some weighted neck exercises in the past, , but never using an actual harness. I have been wanting to try something like this for a while, so I was excited to get this. First, I noticed all of the items included (harness and accessories) seem to be pretty high quality. The claim of 280lbs seems to be a bit high, but I don't plan on using anything near that, so not a huge deal - it seems like it will be fine for the weight I plan on using. The harness itself took me a minute to figure out how to wear and adjust. I did a few exercises to test it out using both free weights and the included 30 lb resistance band. Overall, I think the harness works pretty well, but there could be a few minor improvements. Again, this is my first neck harness, so I am not sure if my criticisms apply to harnesses from other brands or not. First, this harness is priced about in the middle of other neck harnesses from what I can see. One thing that I think should be included is a brief instruction booklet. It is pretty easy to injure your neck, especially if you don't know what you are doing and just attempt using too much weight or move in an awkward position. So to me, including a few basic starting exercises for the different attachment points/types of weights (free, resistance band, machine) is a no-brainer. Again, this is middle of the road price-wise, so it isn't like you are buying the most inexpensive, bare-bones option. It took a little finagling to get the adjustments to a comfortable setting. You have to really tighten the harness almost to the point of being uncomfortable, otherwise the harness will slide down causing the front headband to cover your eyes. I think some extra padding to keep the harness in place would really help this. Overall, I give this about a 3.5. As I mentioned, without using or seeing other similar products, it's hard to know if other models have the mentioned issues or not, so I am being a little more lenient. Read more
