This massager is wonderful! I have pain and stiffness in my neck everyday in my neck due to a failed neck fusion surgery four years ago. I have tried injections, physical therapy, pain meds, all to no avail. I use this twice a day for about ten minutes and it has really helped me. Read more

This neck and shoulder massager by Dr. Bunordle is great for people who like hard/firm massages. As the item listing specifies, this massager is not for people who prefer soft/light massages. When I first used the massager, it felt a bit too hard and uncomfortable. However, after leaving it on and getting used to the pressure on my neck and shoulders, it felt good and relaxing. Before using the massager, I had stiff shoulders and neck. But after using it, my shoulders and neck did feel good and very relaxed. Also, due to the elastic bands and the swivel push button buckle, the massager was very easy to put on and take off as well. The 2 level heat setting on the hands worked but I preferred not to use it. The added heat from the circular motion on the hand pads during the massage irritated my skin. I’ve tried all 3 rhythms and the 1st one is the one I enjoyed the most. The massager also automatically shuts off after 10 minutes. The quality of the massager appears to be good as well. It’s got a decent weight to it and does not feel cheaply made. This is a nice massager for people who like hard/firm massages. Read more

I really wanted to like this massager because the first few minutes were actually promising. When I first tried it on my neck, the kneading action felt surprisingly good. The massage heads did mimic a palm-style knead pretty well and I was impressed at first, weird fingernail design notwithstanding. The heat function has two settings: the first one is barely noticeable, but the second setting actually feels quite nice. It was a little awkward to position. The strap setup shown in the product photos didn’t work very well for me, so I ended up just holding the strap to keep it in place on my neck. Not ideal, but manageable. Charging was the first red flag. The device would only charge reliably with the very short USB-C cable included in the box. I tried several other USB-C cables I own (including higher-quality ones that work with everything else), but they fit loosely in the charging port and would not charge the device properly. Unfortunately the bigger problem came when I tried using it somewhere else. After about 20 minutes of total use, I tested it on my calf as shown in the product photos. As soon as there was any pressure on it, one of the kneading heads seemed to come off track and the unit started making a loud clicking sound. The massage stopped completely. I was able to adjust the head and get it working again briefly, but the moment any pressure is applied the same thing happens again. Now it just clicks loudly and no longer massages at all. So after roughly 20 minutes of use, the device has effectively failed. To be fair, before it broke the massage actually felt pretty good, so it’s possible I received a defective unit. But given the charging issues and the fact that it stopped working almost immediately, I cannot recommend this product at all. At this price point, it should be far more durable. It's going immediately in the trash. Read more

This is just incredible! It’s just what I needed for my tight neck muscles. I have occipital neuralgia and massage is one of the things needed that helps control it. My problem has always been that I can’t get that deep massage relief by trying to massage my neck by myself. This small machine does a wonderful job of massaging the neck and can really get to areas far better than you can yourself. It will be great for travel too. Read more

Meh. It is just weird. Across the board. I hated “Simulated human hand” on the box. That is wild to me. The thing can dig in pretty well and the strap helps hold it in place or allows you to pull down on it actually allowing you to get it firm, but I just couldn’t find the sweet spots. It didn’t really wrap around my neck fully. It wasn’t strong enough for my forearms, it did fit my knee! Which is something I guess. It doesn’t feel bad, but it certainly doesn’t come close to the real deal. It is also kind of loud? Which, really ruins my ability to chill and relax allowing this thing to work out my shoulder and neck. Also the material of plastic grabbed oils off my skin like nobodies business. It touched it and boom, oil marks. I don’t think I’m that oily but maybe I’m wrong. I do feel that it is surprisingly quality and well made for what it is. The fit and finish is fairly polished. It wasn’t a bad experience, but it wasn’t a great one either. Read more
