I can't deny these massagers are the best I had to give mine to my mom because she was determined to use mine, before that I gave one to my grandmother and another to my sister! This massager works as designed in terms of functionality. The unit turns on reliably, the remote and heat functions work well, and it feels solidly built. There are no mechanical issues. Unfortunately, the actual neck massage is very underwhelming. While it does a decent job squeezing the shoulder muscles, the massage nodes don’t reach far enough up the neck to engage the muscles. Most of the pressure ends up on the skin rather than providing real relief. Even applying extra pressure doesn’t help. The only way to feel it on the neck muscles is to turn your head while it’s running, which defeats the purpose of a relaxing massage. If you’re mainly looking for shoulder compression, this might be okay. But if neck relief is your goal, I wouldn’t recommend it. Read more
