I like the idea of this neck stretcher/strengthener, but I am finding I am not using it much. The product is well made and I think well designed. It's very sturdy. It has a foam bad on the top portion to help cushion your head, and curved arms that can flex out to help provide a comfortable fit over your shoulders. I would like if the arms had some padding too, so as to protect your shoulders a bit. There are three levels of resistance to this, and the instructions suggest starting with the lowest resistance. I found that it did not offer much of any resistance on the first setting, but that might just be me. The idea is that you push back on the board to help stretch/strengthen your neck, which holding the arms of the machine over your shoulders. For me, the foam pad on the top is a hinderance to my use of this machine. I am finding that the foam likes to "grab" at my hair a bit, so I am not finding it completely comfortable to use this more than just a few reps at a time. It feels like it is pulling at my hair. I might try to find something to put in between my head and the foam pad, but it is pretty clingy and I am not sure I would be able to improve it. Overall, this is a worthwhile exercise to do. Everyone can use some extra neck strength, as modern society generally has us all looking down at our phones or keyboards or screens. Our necks deserve better, and this machine is likely helpful for some. Read more

Too weak for me unfortunately. Since the design and function are interesting and useful for less strong necks I was only going to dock a star and just say if you're a strong person with a strong neck it'll be too weak for you. The other star docked is because it actually slips out of it's tension bracket on the highest setting sometimes. It does fit my neck and shoulders comfortably, and it's easy to use and figure out, but being too weak and the bracket hiccup keep this neck trainer from being that useful for me. For the value, it's not as good as I was hoping, and I can recommend this only for people with petite necks or maybe for recovering a neck injury. Read more
It doesn’t matter how old you are, today’s lifestyle and technology use put a lot of strain on the neck. Whether from long hours at a desk, constantly looking down at a phone, or general wear and tear, the neck is often one of the first areas to suffer from pain, tension, and stiffness. When I came across this neck trainer, I was curious to give it a try. Admittedly, it looks a bit odd and takes some getting used to, but it’s surprisingly effective. It comes with three adjustable resistance levels, which is great for tailoring the intensity to your needs. It's not a miracle cure, but it does provide noticeable relief, especially after workouts or during flare-ups of chronic neck issues. My wife, who suffers from cervical spondylosis, arthritis, and general neck tension, has actually used it more than I have. She’s experienced significant relief on multiple occasions. That said, this kind of device requires consistency. You have to be diligent and disciplined to see real benefits. One downside is the size, it’s a medium-sized device, not a small device as the product description suggests, and it doesn’t fold, which makes storage a bit inconvenient. However, for what it offers, the price is reasonable. Just keep your expectations realistic, this isn’t going to replace professional therapy or gym-level neck workouts, but for at-home use and general neck care, it’s a solid tool.. This neck trainer is a great value and pretty well-made too. My wife has lots of neck pain, so I thought this might be good for her. It fits her size well and appears to be pretty durable. She has tried it and it really didn’t get to the area that causes her pain. I think it might work great for most people but just not her issue. Overall, this is a nice neck trainer and we will keep it. Read more
