Good product with some issues

Overall this is a good headset with some issues. The headset is a little stiff and depending on the size of your neck it may feel a little tight. I have had this headset for about 57 days and the volume buttons have been an issue and no longer work at all. The battery lasts a very long time. The one large button on the right is very convenient. It does take a little time to get used to using the retraction buttons to retract the earbuds. I just learned that I didn't understand the 2 functions of the volume buttons thus I have changed my rating to 5 stars. To change the volume using the volume buttons you have to hold them vice just clicking them once which jumps what you are listening to forward or backward. Read more

Good Product, Great Customer Service

The sound quality and noise cancellation is pretty good for the price. Phone conversations were also great. They have a large button to play/pause or pickup/end phone calls which is really nice. The battery would last me a few days to a week depending on how much I would use them. They seem fairly easy to connect to a device as well. My previous pair was an LG set. I have a pretty strenuous job and the LG’s ended up crapping out because of sweat. However, this pair did great against sweat, grime, and light rain. Read more
